Soooo when I replaced the rear tires the guy at ACE Hardware told me if they didn't hold a bead and leaked... Bring em back.  They would install tubes and not charge me for labor.  Well, one of the tires went flat.  So I took it in yesterday for them to take care of it ($10.50).  I also had to replace a metal support for the bagging system ($6.99 ( Read more... )

 I picked up the Tires today.  While I was there, I picked up a new blade as well.   I thought he deserved it.

 The Seat.  It was not inthat good of shape.  I was going to replace it with a new one.  That is untill I found out it was $72.00.  No... I don't think so.  So I think about used ones.  I haven't found one yet, but I have a couple Ideas of where I might find one.

 I removed both tires and finished any of the painting on the body that I am going to do.  I cleaned up a bunch of the over spray and touched up some stuff.  It isn't a perfect job.  I has spots that are completely missed, drips and runs... pretty much a non professional job.  If I wanted it to look perfect, I would have removed all the external ( Read more... )

I spent some of Saturday working on Homer in between errands and Church.  I was able to pick up some of the parts I needed to get him a little more spiffed up.  I did a lot of the painting... at least until my wrist and hand started aching.  Then while paint dried and my arm rested... I moved onto some mechanical issues.  I have replaced the ( Read more... )
